Meet The Team

A Senior executive with extensive “hands on” experience across a wide range of both National and International businesses. Having worked extensively in both Australia and SE Asia primarily in the manufacturing sector, Danny has developed a comprehensive range of capabilities, including supply chain, operations, systems, business process design/re-engineering & company wide change management.

With over 25 years’ extensive “hands on “experience. Andrew has had an international career in Banking, Hospitality, Food Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution in Australia, UK and the USA. He has previously consulted to Global companies including Starbucks Coffee Company.
Combining the scientific disciplines from an MBA, with entrepreneurial skills and a “hands on” philosophy he has owned, operated, developed and sold several small and medium sized businesses in Australia.

Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK, and has worked for various companies in Australia and New Zealand including The Coffee Club (Corporate Office), Ferra Engineering (Aerospace/Defence) and Versatile Buildings (Totalspan and other brands).

With more than 25 years experience in senior marketing and communications roles for both corporate and government organisations, Mark specialises in marketing, communication and events management for the small to medium enterprise sector.
His expertise is in the management of all aspects of business communications from feasibility, brand creation and refinement, strategy development and public relations management through to the implementation of marketing and PR programs.

Having spent over 30 years as Managing Director, major shareholder and Company Chairman of an International family owned group of companies J B Group Ltd, Stephen’s experience includes all aspects of Executive Management, business development and company growth, with the entrepreneurial skills required to grow a diverse group of companies operating in NZ, Australia, USA, UK and the Middle East, establishing International Dealerships, Agents and Distribution channels, International Patent and Trademarks.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary, Bill has held senior executive positions with International and Australian private and public companies in a range of disciplines including financial stewardship, business acquisitions, corporate reconstructions, governance, secretariat and leading company-wide re-engineering projects.

A senior executive with over 35 years’ experience Brett Griffith has held senior executive and advisory positions with both Multinational and Australian Businesses. Brett has extensive experience within the Manufacturing Sector ,with unique skillsets, including Project Management, Supply Chain Development and Optimisation, Operations, Business Control and Performance Systems, Process and Product System Development, Industrial Engineering, Health and Safety Compliance and Governance.

As a professional marketer Gary Weis has spent 20 years on the front line of sales and marketing. During this time he has worked in the areas of retail management, wholesale and distributionand has had successful careers as a professional musician, record label and publishing executive, general business manager, entrepreneur and small business owner.

Arnold’s career has spanned some 40 years in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, South East Asia, New Zealand as well as Australia.
Positions have included Consultant, Managing Director, International Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Channels Manager, Business Development Manager as well as many senior roles in the field of Quantity Surveying.
