Aims and Objectives

Providing Real Support for the Business Owner with Practical Solutions which are Proven to Work

To provide prompt and concise professional advice, practical solutions and commercial guidance to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SME’s) in the conduct of their business specifically with reference to the terms of each engagement.

To provide relevant education/training and mentoring support, as required, to the benefit of SME’s in the successful operation of their enterprise.

To effectively utilise the extensive skills and business experience within the areas of specific expertise and experience within the SolutionWise network to ensure the optimum resources are engaged to meet clients’ needs.

To not promote SolutionWise with SME’s where SolutionWise does not have relevant skills and expertise.

To take positive action to ensure that conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, with specific SME’s are raised and resolved by the Partners/Principals of SolutionWise so as to ensure the integrity of services provided in engagements

Undertake continued development and training within the business to ensure our Associates;

  1. keep abreast of industry/ government initiatives and programs
  2. share appropriate general knowledge including up-skilling between associates; including encouragement in building a consistent and professional “Team SolutionWise” culture in the minds of SME’s
  3. resource and build specialist expertise to ensure that SME’s are provided with up to date resource within the SolutionWise areas of specific expertise (which may be revised from time to time)
  4. promote other relevant services, whether or not these are provided through SolutionWise, to the commercial benefit of SME’s
  5. receive appropriate mentoring and support in the conduct of relevant assignments

This is achieved through regular group training, development workshops and communication via relevant media channels . .
